Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 August 2026. This policy explains how Intellivetrix handles personal information in connection with this website and business enquiries.
This policy covers www.intellivetrix.com and enquiries sent to Intellivetrix by email. It does not cover the handling of data inside the Intellivetrix platform when a customer deploys it. Those obligations are set out in the agreement and data processing terms for that deployment, where Intellivetrix acts as a processor and the customer remains the controller of their data.
This website is static. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, embeds no third-party content, and contains no forms. We collect:
- Information you send us. When you contact us, we receive what you choose to provide — typically your name, business email address, organisation, role and the content of your message.
- Technical log data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, request time, page requested, user agent and referring page. These are generated automatically by the act of loading a page.
We use personal information to:
- respond to your enquiry and continue the resulting correspondence;
- discuss our products, arrange demonstrations, evaluations and trials, and manage the commercial relationship;
- operate, secure and troubleshoot the website;
- meet legal, regulatory and security obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling. We do not send marketing email to people who have not contacted us.
Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests (responding to business enquiries, securing the site), performance of a contract or steps taken before entering one, and compliance with legal obligations. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers acting on our instructions — our website host and content delivery network, and our email provider. They may process the information described above in order to provide those services.
- Legal recipients — where disclosure is required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety or property of Intellivetrix or others.
- A successor entity — in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
Intellivetrix is based in the United States, and our service providers operate globally distributed infrastructure. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed there. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed for the purpose it was provided and for a reasonable period afterwards to maintain a record of the relationship, then delete or anonymise it. Server logs are retained for a short period by our hosting provider for security and operational purposes. Retention periods may be extended where a legal obligation or an actual or anticipated legal claim requires it.
The site is served over HTTPS with a content security policy and related protective headers. Access to enquiry correspondence is limited to Intellivetrix personnel who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — please do not send confidential or sensitive information by unencrypted email.
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking technologies. If that changes, this policy will be updated first and, where required, consent will be requested before any non-essential cookie is set.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port or restrict the processing of your personal information, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete and correct, and the right to opt out of sale or sharing — noting that Intellivetrix does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email [email protected]. We will verify your identity where necessary and respond within the time required by applicable law. If you are in the UK or EEA and are unsatisfied with our response, you may complain to your local supervisory authority.
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as our products and practices change, including as we introduce or expand managed-service accounts, trials, product telemetry or other online services. The "last updated" date above will change, and material changes will be described on this page.
Privacy enquiries and rights requests: [email protected]. Intellivetrix is the controller of the personal information described in this policy.
